HOTEL INFORMATION: The conference venue is the Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown. A block of rooms is being held at the Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown, 1200 Louisiana Street, Houston, TX 77002. Be sure to mention you are an attendee of the Information Quality Conference to get the special conference rate. The conference rate is effective through August 26, 2005. Room rates are: $129.00 single (+17 % taxes). The hotel requires a first or last night's deposit of $129.00 when making reservations. A $50 Early Departure Fee will apply to any early departures after check in. To avoid this fee you will need to change your departure date prior to or upon check in.

The hotel is located downtown, 26 miles from Bush IAH and 12 miles from Hobby Airport

DRESS FOR THE CONFERENCE: Business casual attire is suitable. Please consider bringing a light jacket or sweater as temperature in conference rooms may be cold. Temperatures in Houston in September typically range in the mid 80's F (29-30 C) during the day with temperatures in the mid 60's (18-19 C) at night.

OUR GUARANTEE: Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with the content of the Information Quality Conference, we will gladly apply your conference fees to next year's conference or refund your entire registration fee. CONFERENCE CANCELLATION LIABILITY: In the event of a cancellation of an event for any reason, INFORMATION IMPACT liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only. INFORMATION IMPACT will not reimburse registrants for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.
