to the following code of ethics:
- Customer Focus and Customer Satisfaction:
- The Japanese word for "customer" means "honorable guest." Information Impact has developed and maintains this site for you, as our honorable guests, for your edification in helping you accomplish your goals in information management and information quality.
- We guarantee our services to your satisfaction ?
- If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services, please let us know how we failed to satisfy you so we may rectify the problem with you and improve our products and services.
- Privacy Statement
- Security:
- We certify that we comply with the highest security standards to assure any information you provide is protected so that no unauthorized person may intercept, read or access it.
- Information Quality:
- We certify to you that the information contained here is correct, honest and current as of the date of update. Any information we have not been able to verify or audit, has been identified with a descriptive notation ?
- If you discover any error in the Information Impact provided information, please notify us through our contact page, so we may correct it immediately. For your help in keeping our information correct, you will receive a complimentary gift and a voucher for a ten-percent discount up to $500 on the next consulting or education services you buy from Information Impact. This discount applies to Information Impact direct services and not co-sponsored events. The voucher is valid for a period of two years from the date of your error correction notification. ?
- The www.infoimpact.com site links to other selected web sites that contain pertinent information about information management and information quality. We cannot certify the accuracy or currency of the information, nor can we be responsible for the privacy practices of those web sites. We do review the web sites for relevance and "general" quality of the information provided. We may place a disclaimer on sites that do not meet a minimum level of integrity. If you find a significant level of nonquality on any site we link to, please notify us at infomgr@infoimpact.com, so that we may investigate and put out a disclaimer or remove the link.
- Integrity of IQ Team member comments:
- Comments provided by the IQ Team members in the IQ Forum and in IQ Products comments represent their views and not necessarily those of INFORMATION IMPACT.
- IQ Team members are expected to provide comments with honesty, integrity and in the best interests of their fellow team members and abide by the IQ Team Member code of ethics.
- Public Forums:
- This site makes forums, message boards available to its High IQ Team members. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. We ask you to abide by the IQ Team Member code of ethics in providing information.
- Legality:
- We certify that the information provided here does not violate any copyright or other laws known to us, does not infringe on anyone's rights and has been created, developed or acquired in a legal and ethical manner.
- Opt-Out option:
- If you want to opt out after you have registered, you may remove your record yourself by clicking the "remove your profile" link in the IQ Resources section and your information will be removed from our database. Please allow approximately 48 hours for your information to be purged from the database. ?

- As an Information Professional and a High IQ Team member, I certify that I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of my fellow High IQ Team members, and will not solicit or market to them in any way.
- I certify that I will respect the intellectual property and copyrights of all IQ Team contributing members and Information Impact International, and I will uphold all copyright laws. I will use this information only for my own personal reference for internal purposes within my organization, and will not use it for commercial purposes or gain.
- I certify that if I use any material from this site in any written or electronic form, I will cite Source: Larry P. English, ?1996-1999 Information Impact International. I also certify that if I use any material in electronic form, I will link to the specific page on the www.infoimpact.com web site or to the home page. I will request permission for use of any significant amount of material from Information Impact International.
